Gooditor Terms of Use

1. About the Service

Gooditor provides text styling and design tools, including a web editor (free) and an iOS App (free + paid plans).

By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Paid Plans (iOS App)

The App offers: monthly subscription, annual subscription, and one-time purchase (lifetime access).

Free users have access to a limited set of features; Pro users have unlimited access to all features.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies.

To request a refund, please use Apple's official channel: reportaproblem.apple.com.

We are unable to process refunds directly — please do not submit refund requests to us.

4. Data Storage

We do not collect or store any personal user data.

All content (drafts, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gooditor brand, design, and features are owned by us.

Content you create using this tool belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
